Chocolate Meditation

Overview

The chocolate meditation invites students to mindfully engage with the experience of eating chocolate, using their senses to fully explore its taste, texture, and aroma. Through this practice, students deepen their connection with the present moment, creating a sense of inner calmness.

Materials

  1. Briefly explain the purpose of the chocolate meditation: to help them calm their minds and focus their attention on the here-and-now.   
  2. Distribute one chocolate to each student and begin the meditation.
